Plaintiff brought this action for damages against the operator and the owner of an automobile for injuries alleged to have been inflicted by reason of its negligent ' operation. The gravamen of the complaint as to the owner is the use of the car by the operator with the alleged consent and permission of the owner, an automobile sales agency, granted by its sales manager and a salesman, who were also made defendants.
