HODGES, Justice.
¶ 1 The primary question of law presented on certiorari review is one of first impression. Does title 74, section 840-6.5, of the Oklahoma statutes take precedence over section 24.1 of title 51 with respect to a classified state employee’s discharge and forfeiture of wages based upon a felony conviction? This Court holds that the two provisions are compatible such that no issue of precedence is presented.
