Plaintiff, Suzanne Conti (“Conti”), appeals the order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan granting summary judgment in favor Defendant, American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc. (“American Axle” or “AAM”), as to Conti’s employment discrimination and retaliation claims asserted under Michigan’s Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act (“ELCRA”), Mich. Comp. Laws § 37.2101, et seq.
