Pending before the Court is plaintiff Kathryn Reitz’s Motion to Compel (Docket No. 104) and defendant City of Mt. Juliet’s response (Docket No. 109). 1 For the reasons discussed below, the plaintiffs motion will be granted.
BACKGROUND
Reitz is suing her previous employer, the City of Mt. Juliet (the “City”), for alleged violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. 2 Reitz worked as a clerk in the City’s storm water division.
