Plaintiff-Appellant Nicole Foco sued her former employers, Defendant-Appellees Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership (“FNGP”) and Vibracoustic North Amer- iea, 1 for wage discrimination under the Equal Pay Act (“EPA”), 29 U.S.C. § 206(d)(1), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and Michigan’s Elliot-Larsen Civil Rights Act (“ELCRA”), Mich.
