A high school teacher challenges a district court’s dismissal, for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, of his claims against the school district for violating Miim.Stat. § 125.12, challenging the constitutionality of the statute, breach of his employment contract, defamation, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
