This appeal involves two consolidated cases presenting identical problems. John and Jake Kangas instituted separate actions against George Winquist to recover for personal injuries. Both obtained favorable verdicts. Defendant moved for judgment not withstanding the verdicts or a. new trial. After denial of the motions, he appealed.
