Presently before the Court is the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation (“Report”) (# 85) to which no party has ob jeeted. For the reasons outlined below, this Report is Affirmed and Adopted.

Defendant Mitchell Golf Equipment Company (“MGEC”) and its president, Defendant L. Edward Mitchell, allegedly own two patents for devices used in adjusting the shaft and head of golf clubs.
