THE COURT.
This cause is before us upon the application of the above-named petitioner praying that a writ of mandate issue out of this court directing and commanding the respondents to pay out of the funds held by said district, to the holders of bonds and interest coupons which have become due, in the order in which they have been presented, and in particular commanding the respondents to apply to such purposes the proceeds arising from taxes collected pursuant to a levy made by the board of directors of said district on the twenty-seventh day of September, 1933, for the fiscal year…
