By a prior decision in this case, 4 Cir., 94 F.2d 61, a determination of the National Labor Relations Board of June 10, 1937 was affirmed, insofar as the.Board found that eight workers in the Mooresville Cotton Mills, after a strike on September 23, 1935, had been refused reinstatement between October, 1935'and February, 1936 on account of Union activities.
