These actions arise from the review and adjustment of Plaintiffs’ bills by Defendant MRS Medical Review Systems, Inc. (“MRS”). Jurisdiction is based upon the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. (“ERISA”). This matter is before the court on the motion to dismiss of MRS. The court has reviewed the record and heard oral argument.
