MEMORANDUM

DENNEY, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court upon the plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction.

This is an action for declaratory and injunctive relief brought by the plaintiff, John F. Talarico, an employee of the plaintiff, Mastercraft Furniture Corporation [Mastercraft] and a participant in the United Furniture Workers Pension Fund A [Fund].
