This is an appeal from a summary judgment of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York (Cur-tin, C.J.) dismissing appellants’ complaints. The district court’s decision and order of dismissal have been reported officially. See 580 F.Supp. 180 (W.D.N.Y.1983).
