INTRODUCTION
This case concerns the structure and administration of a multiemployer pension benefit plan. It raises issues under the Labor Management Relations Act (“LMRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 141 et seq., and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq.
