OPINION

CONTRERAS, Presiding Judge.

This is a special action review of an Industrial Commission award for an unscheduled permanent partial disability. The Administrative Law Judge unscheduled the disability because, in addition to an undisputed total physical impairment of the left leg, Respondent Employee (“Claimant”) also suffers from a permanent psychiatric impairment. The issues raised on review concern whether Claimant had to prove that this psychiatric impairment was disabling, and, if so, whether this required proof that the psychiatric impairment increased the disability otherwise…
