The appellants, as the heirs at law of W. A. Kemp, deceased, brought this suit against the appellee, Stubbs, as executor of the last will and testament of W. A. Kemp, to set aside, cancel and annul a judgment and decree of the County Court of Blanco County, rendered and entered on the 2d day of January, 1906, probating the will in question. On the trial of this case in the County Court, judgment was entered in accordance with the prayer of the appellants.
