This is a bill of review proceeding brought in the County Court of Milam County to set aside the final account of the administratrix of the estate of Wilford McKay Mills, on the ground of fraud. The suit was brought by Mrs. Mary Baird, ap-pellee here (the surviving wife of deceased, but since married again and divorced), against the administratrix, Mrs. Bell Mills, mother of the deceased and one of the appellants here.
