Plaintiff-Appellant Harvis Trien & Beck, P.C. (“HT ■ & B”) appeals from a judgment entered April 18, 1997, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Thomas C. Platt, Judge), dismissing its claims against Defendant-Appel-lee Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (“FHLMC” or “Freddie Mac”).
