In this bankruptcy proceeding, secured creditor, Aretex LLC (“Aretex”), and its affiliates, WestPoint International, Inc. (‘WestPoint International”) and WestPoint Home, Inc. (WestPoint Home”), collectively, “Aretex Group,” and Wilmington Trust Co.
