Before this court, on consent of the parties, is a motion for summary judgment by defendants State University of New York (“SUNY”), State University of New York College at Farmingdale (“SUNY Farming-dale”) 1 , Long Island Educational Opportu nity Center (“LIEOC”), Veronica Henry, Jonathan Gibralter, and Robert Reganse.
