This action was brought by the plaintiff in error, against the defendant in error in the District Court of Natrona County for the recovery of a reward. The cause was tried to the court and judgment was entered for the defendant. The errors assigned cannot be considered unless the evidence is in the record by a proper bill of exceptions. The bill of exceptions was signed by the trial judge and filed with the clerk of the District Court on May 13, 1905.
