CONOVER, Judge.

Plaintiff-Appellant Gerald L. Lawlis (Lawlis) appeals the Shelby Circuit Court's entry of summary judgment in favor of Defendants-Appellants Kightlinger & Gray, an Indiana partnership, Robert J. Wampler, John N. Thompson, John T. Lorenz, Donald L. Dawson, Ronald A. Hob-good, Mark William Gray, and Peter G. Tamulonis (partnership) in a suit for wrongful expulsion of a partner from the partnership.

We affirm.

This appeal presents the following issues:
