MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

This matter came before the court on July 14, 1987 pursuant to defendant’s Motion for Instruction. Lederle Laboratories (“Lederle”) was represented by JoAnn Zaleskas, Thomas L. Kay and Mark 0.
