MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROYCE C. LAMBERTH, Chief Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on a joint motion to dismiss by defendants David and Cameran Castiel and Gerald Helman. These defendants assert that plaintiffs failed to comply with the Court’s order of March 9, 2010, which required plaintiffs to file proof of service of process or show cause for their failure to effect timely service pursuant to Rule 4(m) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
