This matter is before the Court on (1) the motion of pro se plaintiff Keith Russell Judd for a default judgment; (2) the motions of the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) and the Federal Election Commission (“FEC”) to set aside the entry of default; and (3) the motion of the FCC for imposition of filing restrictions against Mr. Judd. 1 Upon consideration of the parties’ papers, the relevant legal authorities, and the entire record in this case, the Court will deny Mr. Judd’s motion for default judgment, will grant the FCC’s and the FEC’s motions…
