MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Before the Court is plaintiffs motion to extend time to effect service of process on defendant Sergeant Kevin Pope. (“Mot.”, Jan. 16, 2014 [Dkt. No. 17].) For the forgoing reasons, the Court will grant plaintiffs motion and provide plaintiff thirty days to effect service on Sergeant Pope.
