The plaintiff, Service Employees International Union, Local 32BJ, AFL-CIO (“SEIU” or “the Union”), brings this motion for summary judgment under Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to confirm and enforce a labor arbitration award pursuant to § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act (LMRA), 29 U.S.C. § 185(a).
