Petitioners UNITE HERE Local 100 and William Granfield, President of UNITE HERE Local 100 (collectively, “Petitioners” or “UNITE HERE”) and Respondent Westchester Hills Golf Club, Inc. (“Respondent” or ‘WHGC”) have filed cross-motions for summary judgment to confirm or vacate a labor arbitration award dated January 28, 2015 (the “2015 Award”).
