This is an appeal from a corrected judgment of *136the Superior Court confirming an award following the arbitration of a claim by the plaintiff, Diane P. Bolman, as executrix of the estate of Natalie S. Parker, for damages against the defendant, Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation (Plymouth Rock). The claim sought underinsured motorist benefits pursuant to a Massachusetts automobile insurance policy (the Plymouth Rock policy) issued to Parker.
