The above entitled matter came on for hearing on May 25, 1990 on defendants Green Tree and RTC/Midwest’s 1 motions for summary judgment against Security Savings and on defendant RTC/Midwest’s motion for summary judgment on Green Tree’s cross claim. In addition, plaintiff appeals Magistrate Bernard P. Becker’s March 22, 1990 order denying its motion for leave to assert a punitive damages claim.
