Schiltz, United States District Judge *852Defendant/counter-claimant Amit Sela was insured under a homeowner's policy issued by plaintiff/counter-defendant Selective Insurance Company of South Carolina ("Selective"). In June 2015, Sela's property was damaged by a hailstorm, and Sela sought to be indemnified by Selective. After an investigation, Selective denied Sela's claim on grounds of fraud.
