The plaintiff appeals from the judgment of the court rejecting his claim for a real estate commission from the defendants. The issues involve the scope and meaning of General Statutes § 20-325a (b). We find no error.

The trial court’s findings and the undisputed documents establish the following facts: On October 10, 1972, the named defendant, Leon R. Schweir, and the plaintiff, a licensed real estate agent, signed a listing agreement on a form furnished by the plaintiff for the sale of certain property.
