This case involves a dispute between appellant Sandy Valley Associates (SVA), a developer, and respondents Sky Ranch Estates Owners Association, as well as the individually named homeowners, over the ownership of certain parcels of real property within a residential subdivision located outside of Las Vegas. The Association and the' homeowners commenced the underlying action in this case to compel SVA to convey certain lots to the Association.
