2Per curiam

The respondent, Peter L. Benjamin, retained an unreasonable attorney fee from the settlement of a medical malpractice claim in reliance on an incomplete fee agreement with his client. Today we approve a Statement of Circumstances and Conditional Agreement for Discipline between the respondent and the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission which will result in our public reprimand of the respondent for engaging in this professional misconduct. See Ind. Admission and Discipline Rule 23, Section 11.
