On the 19th day of August, 1922, plaintiffs gave defendant Hall a written option to purchase their farm of 82 acres, in the township of Brownstown, Wayne county. The material part of the option is as follows:

“That the said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars to them in hand paid by the said second party, do hereby agree that they shall and will at any time ninety days from the date hereof, at the written request of the said party of the second part, execute and deliver to her, or to any person or persons as she, the said party of the second part, shall…
