BARNES, Justice:
This case presents for review a decision entered by the Trial Court denying Appellants’ Petition to Vacate a Decree of Adoption, and involves the custody of Christy Len Stedman (Christy) who was six years old at the time of trial.
The pertinent facts are as follows: Christy’s natural parents were divorced in 1975 and custody was awarded to the paternal grandparents, subject to visitation by the natural parents.
