INTRODUCTION

Pro se Plaintiff Michael Brooks (“Plaintiff’), a prisoner housed at Southport Correctional Facility, filed this action seeking relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging violations of the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment in connection with the 2010 rehearing of a 2008 misbehavior report. (Dkt. 1). Presently before the Court is Defendants’ motion to dismiss and motion for summary judgment. (Dkt. 8).
