Plaintiff Jessie Engles (“Plaintiff”), proceeding pro se, is an inmate currently housed at Attica Correctional Facility. Plaintiff brings the instant action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that Defendants committed various violations of Plaintiffs constitutional rights while he was housed at Five Points Correctional Facility.
