Richard Sumid, hereinafter called appellee, brought suit against the City of Prescott, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called appellant, under chapter 6, title 14, Revised Statutes of Arizona of 1913, Civil Code, for personal injuries which he alleged he had received while in the employ of the 'appellant. A demurrer to the complaint was interposed on the ground, the law did not apply to municipalities, which was sustained by the trial court.
