The appellant is the administrator of the estates of both Josephus Davis and Mary E. Davis, who was his *57wife. The appellee filed a claim in the court below against the estate of each of the appellant’s intestates for work and labor done and performed for decedents during their lifetime, and from the year 1891 to January 19, 1901. The claims against the two estates are in precisely the same language and cover the same services.
