— Appellant, Mary Waiting, brought this action in the Union Circuit Court of Union County, Indiana, by way of timely filing a claim against the Estate of Carl H. Johnston, deceased, asking for compensation for personal services rendered by her to the decedent through the years from 1947 until decedent’s death in 1961; and, also, as a second charge in said claim, appellant sought recovery from said estate for a pro-rata share “for payments on a mortgage, taxes, permanent improvements and insurance.”
