This was a suit by the town of Burbank, Okla.. and the county treasurer of Osage county, and school district No. 20 of said county, to enjoin the collection of a special assessment levied for the purpose of constructing a sewer system against certain lots belonging to' defendant in error and situated in the town of Burbank, the same 'being described in plaintiffs’ petition for injunction.
