This action was commenced September 20, 1946, in the district court of Marshall county, Oklahoma, by 67 plaintiffs, against Claude Allen, county treasurer of Marshall county, the board of county commissioners of that county, and 20 school districts in that county for the refund of certain money which was allegedly wrongfully collected from the plaintiffs as ad valorem taxes.
