MEMORANDUM
WARRINER, District Judge.
This action was originally filed in the Circuit Court of Henrico County, Virginia. On 10 November 1980 defendant filed a timely petition for removal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441. At the initial pre-trial conference the Court, sua sponte, questioned whether defendant had alleged sufficient facts in its petition to establish diversity of citizenship as required under 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
