OPINION
GUY, District Judge.
On October 8, 1976, the plaintiff commenced this action in the Circuit Court for the County of Wayne, Michigan. Defendant thereafter removed the case pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441 alleging that this court had original jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a), diversity of citizenship. The petition for removal was filed within the requisite thirty days after defendant received the complaint, 28 U.S.C. § 1446(b). However, the court, on its own motion, remands this case to the Circuit Court for the County of Wayne because the Petition for Removal fails to plead adequately…
