Defendant, Oklahoma Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Company (Insurer), appeals from the district court’s summary judgment granted in favor of the plaintiffs, Mose Garlin Starrett and Viola Starrett. The Court of Appeals affirmed the trial court’s judgment.
