The defendant, John D. Wiggin, was convicted after a bench trial in the Henniker District Court (Scheffy, J.) of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor. See RSA 265:82, 1(a) (Supp. 2003). He appeals the court’s denial of his motions to suppress and to dismiss. We affirm.
