This is an appeal from a judgment in-favor of plaintiff, and from an order denying the defendants'' motion for a new trial. The action was one by plaintiff, alleging itself to be an agricultural association under tbe laws of the state of California, providing for the formation of agricultural districts and for the organization of agricultural associations therein, and for the management and control of same by the state, against E. T. Wright and others, who, it was alleged, for the purpose of converting the same to their own use, had taken possession of all plaintiff’s land and other property,…
