The court below sustained a demurrer to the complaint and thereupon gave judgment in favor of the defendants, from which the plaintiff appeals. By the action the plaintiff seeks to recover from the defendants R. W. Russell, Louis Gerlach, James H. Budd, M. A. Moore, Lotta Moore, and Nellie E. Jordan the possession of certain tracts of land, and to set aside a judgment rendered in favor of defendants Louis Gerlach, R. W. Russell, James H. Budd, and M. A.
