OPINION

BROWN, Judge.

¶ 1 In this special action, Daryle G. Raim-ey, et al. (“Petitioners”), challenge the trial court’s judgment entered pursuant to this court’s opinion and resulting mandate in Dreamland Villa Cmty. Club, Inc. v. Raim-ey, 224 Ariz. 42, 226 P.3d 411 (App.2010). We may accept jurisdiction when the case presents a pure question of law for which there is no “equally plain, speedy, and adequate remedy by appeal[.]” Ariz. R.P. Spec.
